For the Men of the MMMGuide: Turkey Chili

With many requests for my chili recipe after its successful showing at the potluck this past weekend (I’m looking at you Vishnu), I think it’s best that the male readers learn how to cook this simple and delicious dish. No one can deny the power of a mighty chili recipe, good in both the dead of winter and in the thick of a hot summer, chili brings a smile to everyone’s faces.

*This makes enough for 8 people

  • 2 lbs ground turkey
  • 1 cup chopped onion (I prefer red onions)

  • 1 (16 0z) can kidney beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 (15.5 oz) can chili beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans (rinsed and drained)

Will definitely have to test this one out. Not a turkey fan though, I still like my ground beef… even if my arteries don’t
