Of course, now that I move away (ok I haven’t lived in Manhattan for almost two years) my former local grocery store (Whole Foods on The Bowery) goes and revamps their specialty department by opening up their very own Brinery!!! This new space, dedicated to all things pickled, is keeping the New York pickle tradition alive by prominently featuring stellar pickle stand-outs like Rick’s Picks, Sour Puss, McClure’s and Brooklyn Brine! So in addition to the FABULOUS beer, cheese and coffee they offer, you can brine it up at their new pickle station!!!!
